Cheesecake Top Hat

Ingredients & Directions


2 c Sour cream
2 tb Granulated sugar
1 tb Grand Marnier
Macadamia nuts; for garnish

Whisk the sour cream, sugar, and Grand Marnier in a medium sized bowl.
Spread the mixture over the top of the cheesecake and bake the cheesecake
for 5 additional minutes. Cool and chill overnight. Garnish with coarsely
chopped macadamia nuts. Me ke aloha, Mary
