Apple Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 6 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup dry oats
  • 1 TB unsweetened apple sauce
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch stevia
  • 1 medium apple, finely diced
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender (except for the diced apple).

    2. Heat a frying pan or skillet until hot and then lower heat to medium temperature (use non-stick cooking spray if desired).

    3. Drop mixture by spoonful onto the pan.

    4. When bubbles start to form, generously sprinkle diced apple evenly on pancake.

    5. Flip pancake to cook other side.

    6. Makes about 4-6 pancakes depending on the size.

These pancakes are super yummy! They are considered fat-burning and are suitable for low-fat diets as they use only the egg whites with no oil or butter!
